22 year old young man from Indian state of Bihar was busy securing job and preparing for competitive exam for various jobs. He had a fall from bike in 2016 which damaged his brachial  plexus. In search of cure he come New Delhi where I operated him . He had a upper trunk C5,C6 injury for which I did triple neurotization. Nerve transfer done are    Spinal accessory to Supraspinatus ,Somsack transfer (long head of triceps branch to axillary nerve) and oberlin transfer ( ulner nerve fasicle to biceps branch of musculocutanous nerve). 

After six month we have this video showing reasonable improvement , it will improve with physiotherapy .

this is a post operative results of patient who suffered erbs palsy during child birth. As the plexus recovered  patient developed  shoulder contracture which resulted in inability to raise arm. Subscapularis muscle contracture results in internal rotation , adducted arm . It results in inability to raise arm over shoulder , its results in bungle post deformity. pan brachial plexus injury 2

Pan brachial plexus injury which was operated. All trunks were found to be avulsed and nerve transfer were done . Spinal accessory nerve was transferred to suprascapular nerve to innervate suprascapular muscle for shoulder abduction. Successful innervation results in 40 degrees of shoulder abduction which is useful in day to day activities.
