nerve deficit with intact fibers repaired nerve repaired nerve 45 year old arabic teacher presented with a median nerve palsy with complete motor palsy and patchy sensory duty. Nerve wes dissected ,neuroma was dissected . Intact fibers of nerve were preserved , post op patient was examined to confirm the intact nerve function.
