Median and ulnar nerve repair in arm
original injury both nerve dissected and proximal end of vein graft being anastomosed both nerve repaired and brachial artery repair in situ 5 year old girl suffered glass cut injury in inner side of arm. They resulted in massive bleeding. She was resuscitated and taken up for surgery. Brachial artery was repaired with reversed saphenous vein graft and both ulnar and median nerve was repaired.
